Wise Old Owl Cabin in Southern Indiana, near Patoka Lake and French Lick, offers acres of property, affording visitors the chance to explore the Southern Indiana Hoosier Forest, go boating at Patoka Lake, Snow Ski Paoli Peaks, golf at several surrounding golf courses, hike, explore caves, shop or just plain relax and enjoy the quiet! It is both perfect for 2 or a family up to 20. This cedar cabin has central air, very large front and back porches, BBQ grill, outdoor fire pit, plenty of parking, buffalo rug, moose antlers, cedar smell--it has it all! However, this is NOT an alcohol party place but rather a quiet relaxing place to renew and refresh the spirit.

Area attractions are plentiful, but the peace and quiet on the front porch is worth staying in! Sit and pick a tune on the guitar or sing to your heart's desire, this cabin, located in a hollow, will bounce it back to you! For those who just can't let go-- There is a strong "VERIZON" cell phone signal inside and outside our cabin. Landline phone is provided too. "FREE WIFI" is also available with internet enabled calling using Alexa. Oh yes! Dishwasher, w/d, no sweat! Once you've experienced this get-away, you'll want to come back again and again----a truly one of a kind wonderful cabin whose owners are lovingly sharing their experience with you!

Family Reunions or Church Groups : This is a great place for reuniting loved ones or spiritually retreating for groups. Call us for recommendations from groups that have already stayed here. Barn Event Space is available, just ask us for more information. We will work with your group!
